Crow and Monkey, you ask? Okay, I am obsessed with both animals, they are my favorites. My initials are KRO, Crow, and I hung out with wild monkeys in the spectacular jungles of Mexico...which was my childhood dream. The two don’t really go together – and that’s the great thing about my shop, it’s full of things just like that, all in harmony.
I taught myself digital arts years ago and adore it and I still try to learn new techniques each day.
I am an artist in general -- I write, paint, sculpt, draw, design, sew, am a chef, and make jewelry and home decor (both coming in a new shop) and work in just about every genre and medium you can think of.
I love creating and working on designs that people have chosen to wear, give, and so on. If you want to share a photo of your cool Crow and Monkey clothing being worn, I would simply be genuinely thrilled to death!

Subscription payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an Upgrade and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Payments are not refundable.
-Automatic Renewal.
Unless you notify https://crowandmonkey.com before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such subscription (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanisms we have on record for you. Upgrades can be canceled at any time by submitting your request to https://crowandmonkey.com in writing.
4. Services
-Fees; Payment. By signing up for a Services account you agree to pay https://crowandmonkey.com the applicable setup fees and recurring fees. Applicable fees will be invoiced starting from the day your services are established and in advance of using such services. https://crowandmonkey.com reserves the right to change the payment terms and fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to you. -Support. If your service includes access to priority email support. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties' original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. In simple terms, these are made-to-order items or specialty items and are not eligible for refunds.
Returns
Unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Things are made to your order and are not returnable. If you have a quality issue, please contact me.
If there is a definite quality issue, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hibeco6758@lidely.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email us at hibeco6758@lidely.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Processing times are very delayed at this time during the COVID-19 PANDEMIC ( THIS AS OF MAY 11, 2020) and orders are taking up to 20 days to be fulfilled, shipping times are also delayed and up to the shippers. Normal times for processing are up to 7 business days only but not expected at this time.
Shipping uses mostly USPS Priority mail, 2-5 business days. EXTENDED AT PRESENT
International is usually 6-10 business days. EXTENDED AT PRESENT
Depending on my print provider and your location, FedX, UPS, DHL or another mailing system with integrity shall manage your shipping and you'll always have that info at the time of tracking.
You'll receive a one time email when this product arrives in stock. We will not share your address with anybody else.
